INSTRUCTORS

Our vision is to provide high quality and professional Martial Arts instruction.  The focus is on the individual development of each student through a realistic and progressive training regimin.

We offer classes to all age groups from kids to seniors.  Incorporated into each class are the traditional aspects of the Martial Arts Discipline as applied to many applications; including 

Street Self Defense, Competitive Fighting, supplemental training for Law Enforcement Personnel, Security Guards, Fire Fighters, especially for Victims of Violence and or Abuse.  A student

can expect a challenging physical fitness program in addition to learning the Art of choice.

Each instructor will guide you through the intricacies of the respective Art in a safe, friendly and motivating environment.  We empower students to become more self aware and confident in her/his abilities through a challenging Martial Arts experience.
